Seasons
Learn more about the right time to sail the regions of Indonesia.
Calico Jack and Anne Bonny offer year-round sailing across Indonesia, from the remote reefs of Raja Ampat to the whale shark waters of Triton Bay and the dragon-filled islands of Komodo.
With over 17,000 islands spread across 1.9 million km² and three time zones, Indonesia’s seasons shift dramatically from region to region. These changing conditions determine when each area is at its best, calm seas, clear skies, and vibrant marine life.
With over two decades of experience sailing these waters, and a local Indonesian crew whose knowledge of winds, tides, and currents spans generations, our vessels are purpose-built for exploration. Calico Jack Charters takes you to the most remote and rewarding corners of Indonesia, safely, comfortably, and at exactly the right time of year.
